This website is designed to offer the visitor easy access into the multi-faceted life of Hunter Silvastorm, a blind man who has overcome every obstacle in his path. Despite being blind, he has authored hundreds of articles, numerous short stories and two novels, including "A Matter of Privacy, a hot-selling suspense - thriller with a fast-paced plot that revolves around the controversial issue of our disappearing privacy. This exciting novel has recently become the featured selection of the Forbes Magazine Book Club.

As a humorist, Mr. Silvastorm has been compared to such luminaries as Andy Rooney, Dave Barry, and the late, great Art Buchwald. Hunter's distinctive brand of humor stems from a unique and vivid imagination coupled with an expansive view of a world that he can only envision in his mind's eye.

In addition to his other accomplishments, Hunter hosts his own internet radio show titled "The World of Hunter Silvastorm.   Although it emanates from WTOE in New Jersey, the show is podcast as well as broadcast. During his career, Hunter has been a Guest Lecturer at a plethora of colleges and universities. The list has included such prestigious institutions as M.I.T., Rutgers, and Yale. These days, his programs are geared to non-professionals who, for the most part, are not interested in acquiring a master's degree in science.
