Despite a long list of credits that would be the envy of any photographer, Mr. Osolinski began with an auspicious start, having acquired a bachelor's degree with a double major in philosophy and Latin. Stan jokes, "Armed with that, I soon realized that I was only qualified to be Pope! However, it did not take long for his talents to be recognized, and that led to publishing a coffee-table book titled "Michigan. Everyone, including then President Gerald Ford, lauded the book. Since then, Stan's work has appeared in the collective works of the Audubon Society, the Sierra Club, National Geographic, the Smithsonian, and the World Book Encyclopedia.
